Fruity pasta salad with chili flakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (e.g. farfalle)
  • 1 small can of pineapple, drained (approx. 260 g)
  • 1 apple, peeled
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 can of mandarin orange(s), drained (approx. 175 g)
  • 250 ml Miracle Whip Balance
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Cut the drained pineapple and peeled apple into chunks. Clean the spring onions and cut them into diamond-shaped pieces. Toss the pasta with the pineapple, spring onions, mandarin oranges, and Miracle Whip. Season with chili flakes, if desired, and serve.
