Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 salmon fillets, each approx. 200 g
- 2 lime(s), untreated
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of basil
- 100 ml Miracel Whip type tartar sauce
- 1 small baguette(s)

Halve the salmon fillets, season with salt and pepper. Slice the limes and peeled garlic. Place half a salmon fillet in the center of each large piece of parchment paper. Top with lime slices, garlic slices, and basil leaves. Fold the parchment paper over and seal it into a parcel. Grill these salmon parcels on the hot grill for about 20 minutes. Serve with Miracle Whip remoulade and baguette.
