Ingredients

  • 1 Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 entire Apple, tangerine, onion, potato
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 2 piece Vegetable broth, salt, pepper, curry
  • Some butter
  • Pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • Well, I had the Hokkaido and the apple lying outside as decorations. Now it turns into a delicious soup. Peel the tangerine and onion and cut into small pieces. Wash the pumpkin and apple, separate them, remove the seeds and chop them into small pieces with the skin on. Heat the butter in the Sikomatik, fry everything in it, add the spices and deglaze with water. 15 minutes at the highest level. Then puree and you're done!
  • The soup is easy to freeze - if you want, you can also add a little cream!
