Dreadys Vanilla Quark Cream with Red Grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g quark
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of vanilla baking powder
  • ½ pack of pudding powder, vanilla (paradise cream)
  • 200 g grapes, red, seedless
  • 3 tbsp grape juice, red (optional)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the quark and yogurt with the vanilla sugar, vanilla baking powder, and pudding powder until smooth. If desired, add the grape juice (you can also omit it). Wash the grapes and fold them into the cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
