Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g strawberries
- 200 g raspberries
- 30 g sugar
- 300 ml cream
- 5 sheets of gelatin
- Water, cold for soaking
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 35 minutes
Soak the gelatin in cold water according to the package instructions. Wash the strawberries and raspberries. Combine them in a blender and puree. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve. Then heat it in a small saucepan with the sugar and lemon juice. Remove from the heat and stir in the squeezed gelatin. Let cool. Whip the cream until stiff, fold it into the fruit puree, and fill it into a piping bag. Pipe into four glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
