Fruity summer smoothie

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 large oranges, fresh
  • 2 bananas, fresh
  • 300 g mango(s), frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the bananas and add them to the smoothie maker. Squeeze the oranges. It’s really important that you don’t use ready-made orange juice. Take the mango out of the freezer and add it to the bananas along with the orange juice. The mango needs to be frozen so that the consistency and coldness of the mango are transferred to the smoothie, preventing it from becoming thin or warm. In most smoothies, this is done by ice cubes, which often makes the final product taste watery. Now blend everything for about 1 minute and enjoy. Instead of mango, you can also use a mix of pineapple and mango for a greater fruit variety.
