Cucumber and tomato salad in vinegar and cream dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 200 ml cream
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Pour the cream into a bowl, add the vinegar, and stir. The cream will curdle and thicken slightly, but this will settle later with the cucumbers. Add the sugar and season to taste, adding more vinegar or sugar to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut the tomatoes into 1/2 or 1/4 pieces and the cucumber into small cubes. Add everything to the dressing, mix, and let it sit for 1/2 hour.
