- 250 g frozen vegetables (Kaisergemüse)
- 2 tbsp cheese (grated cheese)

- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 75 ml milk, low-fat
- 75 ml vegetable stock

Sauté the vegetables in a little salted water for about 5 minutes. For the sauce, combine the cold milk and (cold) vegetable broth, curry, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, orange juice, lemon juice, a little sweetener, and a teaspoon of locust bean gum, and bring to a boil. The mixture will then thicken. Butter a casserole dish, add the vegetables and sliced banana, pour the sauce over the vegetables, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 175°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
