Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup mineral water
- 2 packets of pudding powder (Fruttin, apricot or lemon)
- 1 point cookie(s) (butter cookies)
- Cake icing (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Prepare a batter with the eggs, sugar, oil, flour, baking powder, and seltzer water. Place on a baking sheet and bake at approximately 160 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes. Cook the pudding according to the instructions and spread it over the cooled batter. Cover the pudding completely with cookies. Let everything cool completely and then cover with chocolate icing. Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles, if desired.
