Peas – Ham – Pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 1 package of peas, frozen
  • 3 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Cut the ham into small pieces, briefly pour hot water over the frozen peas (in a sieve). Melt the butter in a saucepan, briefly fry the peas and ham. Whisk the egg yolk with a dash of cream, then add the rest of the cream to the peas and ham. Once boiling, add the egg yolk and cream to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
