  1. Preparing the protective layer: In order to enable a golden brown fried chicken, you should prepare a thin protective layer consisting of flour and spices. For this purpose, two to three tablespoons of flour are mixed with half a tablespoon of salt and pepper.
  2. Now pour enough fat into your pan so that a thin layer covers the bottom. When choosing your pan size, keep in mind that the meat should be fried side by side. Now you need to heat the pan over medium heat.
  3. You bread the chicken breasts in the spice mixture when your pan has already gotten hot. Be sure to remove excess flour from the meat before placing it in the hot pan. The flour could also become soggy if it sticks to the raw chicken breast for too long, so it’s a good idea to start the process just before frying.
  4. On reduced heat: Fry the chicken breasts for two minutes on each side. In addition to an appetizing roasted aroma, the golden-brown color is also created here.
  5. Next, put the lid on the pan after lowering the heat to low. The lid should not be opened for the next ten minutes to allow the chicken breast to cook over low heat. When the said time has elapsed, you should finally switch off the stove and leave the chicken on the hob for another ten minutes.
