Fusilli with fresh chicken breast

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 2 tbsp instant vegetable stock
  • some salt
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp gravy, clear, instant
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 ½ tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in the recommended amount of water with the vegetable stock and a pinch of salt. At the same time, cut the chicken breast into strips and fry in a pan with the oil until golden brown. Add the gravy powder and water to the pan and stir. Then, mix the flour with a pinch of water until smooth and add while stirring to thicken the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Halve the tomatoes and briefly add them to the pan. If desired, toss the pasta in the pan.
