Honey mustard sauce for every salad and poultry

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp quark, alternatively yogurt
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • e.g. chives and parsley
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop the garlic, parsley, and chives and mix with the quark, buttermilk, mustard, honey, and a pinch of paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
