Garden Herb Butter
The perfect garden herb butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Garden herb butter
- 250 g Butter, room temperature
- 5 stem Andean garlic (garden)
- 5 leaves Wild garlic (garden – leftovers)
- 5 stem Lemon balm (garden)
- 5 Dandelion flowers (garden – leftovers)
- Rosemary & basil to taste
- 3 Garlic cloves
- Salt, gourmet pepper
Garden herb butter
- Peel and chop the garlic cloves and place in a food processor. Add all the herbs and the dandelion flowers, chop. Stir in butter, salt and gourmet pepper. Then pour into one or more bowls. Cover and put in the fridge to draw through.
