Garlic and Potato Puree

The perfect garlic and potato puree recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 120 g Cream cheese double cream or goat frich cheese
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and let steam out. Peel the garlic cloves and press them through the garlic press. Heat oil in a large pan. Lightly fry the potatoes in it, add the garlic and fry lightly. Mash everything roughly with the potato masher. Stir in cream cheese or goat cheese.
