Cream Puffs with Difference

The perfect cream puffs with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 60 ml Water
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 70 g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 tbsp Icing sugar
  1. Preparation of the cream puffs: Bring the water, milk, butter, salt and sugar to the boil briefly in a saucepan. Add flour and stir vigorously until the dough comes off the bottom of the pan. Put the mixture in a bowl and let cool down a bit. Then stir in the eggs one by one. Baked the mixture in a piping bag and squirt the dough and a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put the whole thing in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let the cream puffs cool down. For the cream, whip the cream until stiff and stir in the remaining ingredients. Halve the cooled cream puffs and put the Nutella cream on the halves with a piping bag. Add half a Giotto and you’re done!
