Garlic bean noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g linguine or other long pasta
  • 100 g beans, green
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 stalk of savory
  • possibly pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Pour into a colander and drain. Meanwhile, trim the ends of the beans. Rinse the beans and cook in salted water for about 12 minutes. Peel the garlic and finely slice. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the garlic slices until golden brown. Rinse the savory, shake dry, and pick off the leaves. Mix the drained pasta, beans, and savory and arrange on plates. Pour the garlic butter over the beans. Grind over a little pepper, if desired, and serve immediately.
