Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized loaf(s) (rye bread)
  • 1 pkt. butter, soft
  • 12 cloves garlic (as needed)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for parties or barbecues

Cut the large mixed bread into slices. Chop the garlic cloves and mix with the softened butter using a fork. Add a little salt, if desired. Spread the garlic butter between each slice of bread. Reassemble the slices to form a loaf and wrap in aluminum foil (with the shiny side facing in). Heat in a preheated oven at 120°C – 150°C for about 15-20 minutes. Best eaten while still warm.
