Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large baguette(s)
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • lemon juice
  • Lemon pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the bread diagonally. Combine the butter with chopped parsley and finely chopped dill, season with lemon juice, lemon pepper, and salt. Crush the garlic cloves and stir them into the butter. Place the butter mixture on the slices of bread and reassemble the bread. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for about 15 minutes. Open the foil before serving and let it crisp briefly in the oven. Serve hot.
