Cheese and celery salad with walnuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g mountain cheese
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 stalk(s) Celery
  • 5 slices of Parma ham
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut all ingredients into thin strips, season with crème fraîche, chop the parsley, and add. Season generously with salt and pepper.
