Garlic cheese cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 500 g cheese (hard semi-hard cheese, 30 – 40% fat content)
  • 150 g mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simply delicious, comes from the Czech Republic

Roughly dice the semi-hard cheese and chop it very finely in a food processor (using the sickle blades). Add the garlic cloves and chop finely. Finally, stir in the mayonnaise with a spoon – and you’re done. It makes a delicious spread, especially on toasted white bread.
