  • 1 eggplant(s)
  • 300 g crab
  • 300 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • herbs, Italian, frozen
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Finely chop the garlic. Dice the eggplant. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic and eggplant for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and stir in the cottage cheese and shrimp. Season to taste. Serve the pasta with the sauce quickly and freshly.
