Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g turkey breast fillet(s) cut into pieces
- 400 g glass noodles
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- 1 bulb(s) garlic, pressed
- 2 tbsp sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 Pepper, hot, dried, crushed
- some water
- Sauce thickener, dark
- Paprika powder
- curry
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wok specialty for leatherback
Cook the glass noodles and drain. Heat a little oil in a wok, sauté the onion pieces. Add the turkey and fry. Add water, paprika, sambal oelek, soy sauce, crushed piri peppers, and seasonings to taste, and thicken with a sauce thickener. Add the noodles and garlic and fry briefly. !!!Caution: It’s hot!!! And if possible, avoid talking to other people directly the next day 😉
