Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g grapes, green, seedless, small
  • 200 g walnuts, peeled
  • 15 cloves garlic
  • 35 ml olive oil
  • 35 ml oil (sunflower)
  • 70 ml light balsamic vinegar
  • some chili, ground or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

The party salad!

Pluck the grapes from the stems and use them whole. Roughly chop the walnuts. Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves (use 18 cloves for old garlic, 10 cloves will do for fresh garlic). Place the olive oil, sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, and chili in a screw-top jar and shake well. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and pour over the salad dressing. The longer the salad sits, the more garlicky it becomes. This is the go-to dish at every party at our house; it actually came about by accident, but it always gets eaten up. Everyone is talking about this salad.
