Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine, soft Lätta (room temperature)
  • 5 cloves of garlic, or 1 Chinese red garlic bulb
  • 2 tbsp herbs, 8 – from the frozen
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the garlic cloves (skin the bulb), halve them, and press them into a bowl with a garlic press. Add the softened Lätta (garlic slaw) and the frozen herbs, and stir well. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate. The garlic Lätta is also suitable for grilling and is ideal for freezing.
