Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g walnuts, halved kernels
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 125 ml cream (cooking cream 15%)
- n. B. Salt and pepper, from the mill
Instructions

a delicious party dip
Crush the walnut halves in a mortar and pestle. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic cubes. Now add the cream and crushed walnuts and heat briefly. Season with salt and pepper, then serve in a bowl.
