super tasty and easy

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and add to the flour. Add the oil and salt and knead everything with a mixer for about 10 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and let it rise, covered, for about 40 minutes. Then transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, press down lightly, and let it rest, covered, for another 15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the garlic butter. To do this, mix the butter, finely chopped or crushed garlic, chives, salt, and pepper. Now score the dough several times with a knife and then spread with the garlic butter. Cut the mozzarella balls into strips and fill the cuts. Bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) with top/bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes.
