Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cube of fresh yeast (42 g)
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • 270 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 g bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 100g salami
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • e.g. pizza seasoning, alternatively thyme, oregano, basil, marjoram, garlic salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 pinch(s) of baking powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix yeast and sugar. Mix water, oil, paprika, salami, cheese, tomato paste, and spices. Stir in flour and baking powder and do not let rise. Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Form small rolls, place on a prepared baking sheet, and bake. These take about 20-25 minutes. A shaped loaf takes about 70 minutes. Note: The dough will be very mushy and sticky before shaping.
