Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g grated cheese (varietal of your choice and taste)
  • 125 g bacon, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

without yeast

Simply combine the ingredients in a bowl and knead. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C fan/200°C top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes. Since the dough is very neutral, the sky’s the limit. You can replace the cheese and bacon with seeds or roasted onions.
