Mandarin sour cream cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • 1 sachet(s) of orange juice powder (Quick Fix for drinks)
  • 1 cake base (sponge cake)
  • Chocolate sprinkles for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the sour cream with the mandarins and spread it on the cake base. Whip the cream with Quickfix Orange until stiff and pour it over the sour cream and mandarin mixture. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles (or cocoa powder). Reserve a few mandarins for garnish, if desired. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
