Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g garlic, peeled and weighed
- 4 tbsp dry white wine
- 300 ml vegetable oil, e.g. rapeseed oil
- possibly parsley, dried

Keeps in the refrigerator for up to one year
Place the peeled garlic cloves and white wine in a small blender and blend until very finely ground. Gradually add the oil and blend until a smooth paste forms. Pour into sterilized jars and seal tightly. Store tightly sealed in the refrigerator. The garlic paste is ideal for enhancing many dishes, including salad dressings, dressings, marinades, dips, and sauces. You can also refine the paste with dried parsley.
