Garlic potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, mostly waxy
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Boiled potatoes de luxe

Peel the potatoes and halve them lengthwise. Halve the garlic cloves. Place everything in a pot with the rosemary sprigs and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Drain and let drain well. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the potatoes for 2 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
