Garlic – Quark Butter

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 250 g butter
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the softened butter and quark thoroughly with a mixer. Press the peeled garlic cloves through a press and add them to the butter and quark mixture. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything together again.
