Garlic Raita

The perfect garlic raita recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Cream yogurt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 piece Finely chopped chilli pepper
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 0,5 Lemon fruit juice
  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl. Press the garlic and briefly heat it in oil. Add the chilli and stir briefly! Cool a little and add everything with the oil to the yoghurt.
  2. Season with salt and lemon juice. There was also lentil dal, baked cauliflower and balloon bread
