Balloon Bread
The perfect balloon bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Additionally:
- 3 g Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 125 ml Beer Pils Hell
- 125 ml Rapeseed oil
- 125 ml Spelled flour type 630
- Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar together. Then knead the beer with oil and let it rise a little!
- Now divide the dough into 8 equal parts! Heat the oil about 2 cm high in a large saucepan.
- Roll out dough into approx. 2mm thin flatbreads and bake in hot fat for approx. 10 seconds on each side. The flatbread puffs up like a balloon, hence the name! 🙂
