Baked Cauliflower with Cumin, Turmeric & Lemon

The perfect baked cauliflower with cumin, turmeric & lemon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 greater Cauliflower fresh
  • 2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1,5 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 0,5 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground turmeric spice
  • 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 pinch Salt

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius!

  1. Clean cauliflower and cut into larger florets, rinse with cold water! Then blanch the florets in salted water for 1 minute! Drain well in a colander!
  2. Meanwhile, put cumin, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, turmeric and oil in a bowl with a lid, then add cauliflower, lid on and shake well. Let it steep for about 30 minutes!
  3. Then place in a baking dish and bake the cabbage in the oven for 30 minutes. Turn every 10 minutes! If necessary, cover with aluminum foil at the end! Finally squeeze the lemon and sprinkle it with it! Serve!
