Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 250 ml cream, whipped
  • 250 g quark
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Ideal for grilling

Mix all ingredients together and press in the garlic. Season with salt and pepper, and let it marinate well. The amount of garlic can be varied, of course. We like to serve this sauce with barbecues, raclette, or fondue.
