Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 cloves garlic, fresh
- 1 cup sour cream
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 6 tbsp yogurt
- Salt
Instructions

Great as a sauce for grilling or for Easter lamb
Peel the garlic and crush it with a little salt. Then mix all the other ingredients with the garlic and let it sit for about 2 hours. It’s ideal as a side dish for a barbecue.
