Garlic sauce with cream cheese and sour cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ¾ tsp salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the onion and garlic. Grate the cucumber or cut it into very fine strips or cubes. Mix all ingredients together, adding a little milk if desired until creamy (this depends on the creaminess of the cream cheese). The tzatziki can be eaten immediately, but it tastes even better if it’s refrigerated for about an hour.
