  • Garlic, some bulbs
  • Oil, neutral

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wrap the garlic bulbs in aluminum foil and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Let the baked garlic cool slightly, then decapitate the bulbs and scrape out the individual cloves with a teaspoon. Blend in a food processor with a little neutral oil, strain through a sieve, and fill jars. Cover with oil and store in the refrigerator. This paste gives dishes the typical flavor of baked garlic and will keep for months in the refrigerator.
