Garlic spaghetti

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 ports. Spaghetti, approx. 200 – 250 g
  • 1 pack of whipped cream (200 ml)
  • 3 cloves garlic, more or less if needed
  • 1 tbsp 8 herbs, frozen
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp butter

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, peel the garlic cloves and dice them very finely. I usually use 3-4 medium-sized cloves (about the size of the end of your little finger), but you can add more to your liking. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and sauté the garlic in a little butter in the same pot. Pour in the heavy cream, stir in the herbs, and season with pepper to taste. Salt is usually not necessary. Then add the spaghetti, stir well, and let it stand for a while. Serve hot.
