Garlic spaghetti with shrimp and salmon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150g spaghetti
  • 200 g shrimp(s), frozen
  • 200 g salmon, frozen
  • Herbs for sprinkling
  • pepper
  • Garlic oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Meanwhile, cut the half-frozen salmon into small pieces. Cook the shrimp and drain. Heat garlic oil in a pan, add the spaghetti and shrimp, and cook until cooked through. Then add the salmon and stir in. Let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Finally, season everything with herbs and pepper and serve.
