Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 50 g olives
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 3 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pit the avocado and remove the skin. Pit the olives (I used green ones—I think black ones would be good too). Quarter the tomatoes. Finely chop a garlic clove and add them. Combine all ingredients with the oil in a food processor and either chop or puree (depending on your mood). Season with salt and pepper. It’s great as a spread on bread, or pureed, it’s also perfect as a vegetable dip.
