Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices white bread (toasted)
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 50 g butter
- 200 ml sauce (cocktail sauce)
- 1 chicken, grilled
- 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
- 1 bell pepper(s), green, cut into strips
- 1 jar asparagus tips
- 5 large mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Spread the toasted white bread with butter and a little of the cocktail sauce, and place a lettuce leaf on each slice. Remove the meat from the cold, grilled chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the chicken pieces, pepper strips, mushroom slices, and asparagus tips on the bread slices and drizzle with the remaining cocktail sauce.
