German Answer to Kebab

- 1 Pc. Flatbread
- 600 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Pc. Chopped onion
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Curry ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- Curry
- Breadcrumbs
- 50 g Herb butter
- 50 g Salad
- 250 g Sheep cheese
- 100 ml Garlic grill sauce
- Mix the minced meat with the spices, egg, chopped onion bread soaked in milk or breadcrumbs. Season to taste or like I do it Pi times thumb spice. Herbs can also be mixed in. Fry the meatballs.
