Vegetable Rice Pan
The perfect vegetable rice pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 gr Pork schnitzel
- 1 Onion
- 1 Paprika
- 150 gr Mushrooms, fresh
- 75 gr Sugar snap peas, frozen
- 100 gr Peas, frozen
- Plant cream
- 100 ml Cream
- Salt pepper
- 180 gr Rice
- Cook the rice in boiling salted water until it is done, then drain.
- Peel the onion and cut into fine strips. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and partitions (briefly the inner workings), wash and also cut into strips. Clean and halve the mushrooms, defrost the snow peas and peas.
- Cut the meat into strips and fry in the heated vegetable cream, remove and fry the prepared vegetables in the frying fat, turning for about 4 minutes.
- Add the cream, rice and schnitzel strips and heat everything for approx. 3 minutes. Season to taste with the spices and serve immediately.
