Apple – Mango – Mus

The perfect apple – mango – mus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Apples
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Pä Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice.
  1. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut into large pieces. Put the apple pieces in a saucepan and drizzle with the lemon juice. Peel the mango, remove the stone from the pulp and cut into fine cubes. Add to the apple pieces, add vanilla sugar.
  2. Add 2,150 ml of water and bring everything to the boil. Simmer gently over medium heat for about 12 minutes. Take out the cinnamon stick and puree with the blender. If necessary, sweeten.
  3. Served with yoghurt or vanilla ice cream, it is a fine dessert.
