Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g meat sausage in one piece
- 75 g cheese (Emmental) in one piece
- 1 gherkin(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- ½ tsp mustard, sweet, grainy
- salt and pepper
- 3 tsp oil (sunflower or rapeseed oil)
- Salad of your choice, some leaves
- 4 radishes
- 1 gherkin(s)
- e.g. parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Peel the sausage. Remove the rind from the cheese, if necessary. Slice both lengthwise, as well as the gherkin, then cut everything into thin strips. For the marinade, peel and finely dice the onion. Mix with the white wine vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Finally, add the oil and beat vigorously. Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the marinade, cover with foil, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Meanwhile, prepare the lettuce leaves: Wash, pat dry, and line a plate with them. Prepare the radishes, leaving some of the green parts if necessary. Season the sausage salad again and arrange on the leaves. Serve garnished with radishes, a gherkin, and parsley. Serve with pretzels or fried potatoes.
