Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 4 packs of ladyfingers
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 g quark (vanilla quark)
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 jars of cherry(s), drained
  • 400 ml coffee, strong
  • 200 ml Amaretto
  • 1 jar cherry(s), drained for decoration
  • some mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For parties

Arrange the ladyfingers in the dish (I use a very large oval baking dish that fits a turkey. If necessary, divide them between two dishes). Mix the mascarpone with the quark and the cream whipped with vanilla sugar. Season the mixture with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the coffee with the Amaretto and soak the ladyfingers in it. Arrange the cherries on the ladyfinger layer and cover with the mascarpone layer. Arrange the cherries (not all of them) on top of the mascarpone as a decoration. Sprinkle with a few mint leaves and you’re done. Since this tiramisu is egg-free, it can be made 1-2 days in advance for parties.
