Gin and Lime Ice Cream

The perfect gin and lime ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 225 g Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Grated lime peel
  • 6 Pc. Limes
  • 1,5 Pc. Protein
  • 18 tbsp Gin
  1. Briefly bring 1,300 ml water, sugar and lime zest to the boil while stirring. Let cool down.
  2. Halve the lime and squeeze.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  4. Mix the sugar water, lime juice and egg whites.
  5. Put in a bowl and let freeze lightly for about 1 hour.
  6. Then pour gin on top, stir and freeze in the freezer until ready to serve.
  7. Serve with raspberry mirror, powdered sugar and forest fruits.
