Gin and Lime Ice Cream
The perfect gin and lime ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 225 g Sugar
- 1 Pc. Grated lime peel
- 6 Pc. Limes
- 1,5 Pc. Protein
- 18 tbsp Gin
- Briefly bring 1,300 ml water, sugar and lime zest to the boil while stirring. Let cool down.
- Halve the lime and squeeze.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Mix the sugar water, lime juice and egg whites.
- Put in a bowl and let freeze lightly for about 1 hour.
- Then pour gin on top, stir and freeze in the freezer until ready to serve.
- Serve with raspberry mirror, powdered sugar and forest fruits.
